We look forward to providing you with an exceptional service experience. Please take a moment to review our booking policies, as well as our terms and conditions, to ensure a smooth appointment process.

 • Our booking calendar opens on the 30th of each month.
 • We do not provide services to children under the age of 12.
 • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
 • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance; your deposit will be transferable to a new appointment and can be used within three months.

 • Punctuality: Arriving on time is essential. Appointments will be automatically canceled after a 15-minute delay.
 • Hair Preparation: Please arrive with clean, product-free, and blow-dried hair. If you prefer to have a wash and blowout included, please add it to your booking.
 • Hair Length Requirements: All styles require a minimum hair length of 10 cm.
 • Hair Color: Kindly inform us of your desired hair color in advance.
 • Permed Hair: We do not braid hair that has been recently permed.

 • Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us. If an appointment is canceled because an incorrect service was booked, the deposit will not be refunded.
 • No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy: If your appointment is canceled due to a no-show or lateness exceeding 15 minutes, 50% of the full service charge will be billed. This payment must be settled before you can rebook, and future bookings will not be allowed until it is paid.
 • Respect and Conduct: We kindly request that all clients treat our staff with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment.
 • Service Changes: If you wish to change your hairstyle selection, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request if possible.

 • Automatic Cancellation: Appointments will be canceled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
 • Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to transfer your deposit to a future appointment, which can be scheduled within three months.
